Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your information for faster checkout, and access exclusive member offers.
Is my payment information secure?

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact our customer support at yup12720@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Why was my order canceled?
Orders may be canceled due to out-of-stock items, payment issues, or security concerns. You will receive an email notification explaining the reason. For more help, reach out to our support team.
Shipping & Returns
When will my order be shipped?
We typically process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Can I return my item?
Yes. You may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, in original packaging, and not classified as non-returnable (e.g., intimate items). Please review our full Return Policy for details.
What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Send us your order number and photos of the product at yup12720@gmail.com, and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we cover return shipping. For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping cost. See our Return Policy for more information.
